We know that life gets in the way sometimes, and as your reliable hairdresser on the Northern Beaches, we are happy to accommodate to your needs. We would be really appreciative of 48 hours’ notice before cancelling an appointment. Our staff will call you 2 to 3 days prior to your appointment to confirm and remind you of the date and time. Failure to give adequate notice when cancelling or rescheduling will result in all future appointments being designated deposit only. We reserve the right to charge a 50% cancellation fee on any appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice
