Mary and Adam Alamine, founders of Royals Hair

Mary and Adam Alamine are the visionaries behind Royals Hair, a multi-award-winning, premier salon group that has significantly shaped Sydney’s hairdressing landscape.

Founded in 2007, the brand began as a single location in Castle Hill and quickly grew into a highly respected hair empire. Blending Mary’s creative genius and industry experience with robust structural systems, the husband-and-wife duo built a business characterized by a ‘Marrakech meets laid-back luxury’ aesthetic, authentic hospitality, and an inclusive, family-like culture.

Travis Bandiera is an award-winning Australian hairdresser, master colourist, and the Co-Owner and Creative Director of Royals Hair, a premier salon group based in Sydney, Australia. Known for his “fun, colourful with an edge” aesthetic, he has established himself as a prominent figure and educator in the Australian hair industry.
